TEAMS We are strongly committed to team ministry. Bulgaria is not the place for people who want to "do their own thing". We believe that God has called and equipped us as a group of people, and that we will be most effective as we share a common vision and work together towards common goals in a climate of mutual accountability.

This means being willing to rise to the challenge of working in a multicultural team situation - requiring a commitment to maintain honest and loving fellowship with God and one another, and to work through misunderstandings or disagreements.

Our Field needs teams in the following areas:
Turks
  • teams focusing on church planting amongst ethnic Turks and other unreached Turkish speakers

Millet
  • A team operating in the Turkish language that disciples and envisions Millet believers to plant multiplying churches

Rom
  • A team discipling and envisioning Rom believers to plant multiplying churches. The language of use is Romani.
