Chang Soo and his colleagues in ECG have the great joy of baptising many new believers each year.

One of the biggest challenges is training leaders for the churches.  Chang Soo and Young Joo organise Leadership Training Seminars for the Bolgatanga zone twice a year and hold local leadership training courses in between.

Chang Soo is a man of action and likes to get involved with as much hands on work as possible -in this picture you can see him helping to build a local pastor's house.
